This game is killing me, I'm not an expert but I know what offensive pass interference looks like, is it me or has the refs kind of gave the Cowgirls a push on every score, except for the Weaver fumble, that was our own fault. Somebody better say some inspiring sh!t in that locker room, I know we can come back from this, we did it in the NFC championship last year.

Wow, what a shame...... f*cking refs controlled that victory.... and how the f*ck is Dallas stadium going to play that "Hey hey goodbye" Song while play was still going. no class there, I tell you what though, if you take away the points the refs gave them it would have been a close game but we still would have lost by 3.

I think it's time for the Donavan era to come to an end. There is no doubt the guy is a good QB, but for some reason he just can't get the job done in the big game. Does anyone ever remember him rallying this team from behind? A big 4th qtr drive? He can kick @ss when they are ahead, but crumbles under adversity. It is time for something new.

Of course, the same could said of Randall Cunningham, and then he had the greatest season of his career in Minnesota in 1998 when he took the Vikings to a 15-1 regular season record with 34 touchdown passes and only 10 interceptions. Get rid of McNabb and you will have an Eagles team that can't maintain a winning record for years. Who replaces McNabb? The Eagles have not won a championship since 1960, under a dozen different quarterbacks -- at least McNabb gets them into the playoffs every year and into as many Super Bowls as they have been in with someone else (Jaworski) at the helm. Since 1960 an over the last 50 years, the Eagles have only had four decent quarterbacks, Jugenson, Jaworski, Cunningham and McNabb. They don't come along that often - hold on to what we have, as long as we can.

How many more years of choking in the big game would you like to see? I don't know about you, but I'd rather have a year or two of no playoffs to build a QB that will ultimately get the job done than more of this nonsense. Can Kolb ultimately get the job done? Or someone else? Who knows. What we do know is that McNabb seems to have passed his peak. He will be remembered as another Dan Marino...good stats, Hall of Famer to be sure...but no Super Bowl win. It's time to move on.

It's time to move on. Well (correct me if I am wrong) I believe both McNabb and Kolb are free agents after next season -- something has to give soon - contract extensions or trades for one or both. You are correct, McNabb is past his peak, but it is just a matter of time how long he still remains better than the average NFL quarterback out there - or Kolb. Right now according to Reid and McNabb, he is here next season. BTW, if the Eagles defense had held Dallas to 10 points, there would not be any issues right now. It was not all on McNabb and certainly no reasonable person would expect a QB to have to score more than 34 points to win a game.

Vince, yes the QB isn't the only one playing the game. However, I am speaking about the last few years, not just this one game. Year after year Donavan has that 'deer caught in the headlights' moment and we are done.
The prior week, when we could have positioned ourselves for a bye week, what was Donovan doing on the sidelines? Was he rallying the young guys, trying to pump them up to take the victory? No...he was sulking. Just like he does everytime he is confronted with adversity.

OK, let's stop sobbing about the Eagles. The Ravens won and we can follow Joe Flacco's team in the playoffs. Let's hear it for the home town boy.
