I can't speak for the admin, but if I had to guess it was probably because he started up the same crap once again. Intimidation, lies, breaking anonymity, etc...people are sick of it.

So you think banning him would stop that? He can simply sign on as someone else with a non static IP?

Keep banning all my non static IP's and soon people that aren't banned will show as banned. I'm using them all up! Can I be a moderator?

When I read the headers of my hotmail e-mails from you, I see that you use AOL.com. What happened to the "proxy server". Just keep dialing up and get another modem with a different IP address - nothing all that sophisticated. Personally, if I was a moderator, I would unban you to see what you have to say for yourself. I know how you got into the old board and you can't use the same tactic here. This one is safe. Yep, I would allow you back, in my world, "Everyone talks, nobody walks". I think we can all deal with you.

I believe he was implying that he was going to keep dialing AOL phone numbers until he has used up every AOL modem in the Delaware Valley and once you have banned all the IP addresses of those modems, nobody else will be able to get here via AOL dial up. Persistent, isn't he.

I guess it's OK if Vince hacks the site. He did many times on the old board. I'm sure he knows who I am already.

Some people keep dial-up for when they travel. Though G3/G4, Iphone and WiFi are pretty much making dial up obsolete for travelers too. On the other hand, dial up has become cheap, as low as $9.95 per month.
